The person in this job will perform a wide range of services necessary to enable greater outreach and interaction with ECA/A/E’s numerous and varied program applicants, constituencies, stakeholders and the general public. These services include supporting ECA’s goal to have its websites, social media platforms, and other communications tools serve as a vehicle to increase cooperation, efficiency, and effectiveness in international educational, cultural, and training exchange programs.
Specific duties will include editorial, database, administrative and public outreach tasks, such as oversight of internal and external communications products and platforms, responding to public inquiries, working with ECA’s press team on media notes and other media engagement projects, compiling and creating statistics, infographics and data visualizations, managing a travel and outreach calendar, and presenting on ECA/A/E programs at meetings and conferences.
